Names

For my second brief of branding a motown function band I needed to choose a name so I could start Designing.

I started to design some initial ideas for the name 'The Move On Ups'

But I have now changed my mind and gone for the name of 'Higher Ground'.

Development of the Logo

Building

The main reason for choosing this brief is because it involved a chance to do design on a grand scale which I have always loved the idea of. The building is horrible and the 'branding' at the moment looks horrible and bland in a city which is vibrant and colourful

I photoshopped the logo idea onto the side to give the impression of what I aim to achieve.

Logo

Added a drop shadow to the type which gives it more depth and makes it interesting. It needs colour and more development but as an initial idea I am pleased
